The to-do list for people whose brains work differently!
Don't think of them as tasks you have to get done. Look at them as Quests to complete, missions to accomplish, side quests to help you level up!
My endless lists were not helping me to do anything...except make more lists. And once I made the list I had no more spoons to actually complete the tasks. The lists didn't indicate priority of the item or actually remind me to get it done. So I made something different.
Not only does this list help me prioritize what I have the spoons to do, but it gives me a little hit of dopamine when I color in a water droplet or set an alarm on my phone for an appointment I'm likely to forget. I took away the lines and checkboxes so that you're free to draw or create your own system. I included some mental health and hygeine goals so you can focus on the good things too.
This template is made to be printed and used every day, but you could also laminate it and use a dry erase marker, print it smaller for your planner, or do what I do and fold it up and carry it around in my pocket all day.
